Menzel Elektromotoren received a phone call for very urgent pump break-down from an Italian customer on 24.12.2007. In stock a suitable motor was available. This motor was taken from stock on 25.12.2007 by the Menzel customer service and routinely tested in the Menzel testfield. On 27.12.2007 the motor was allready running at customer site in Italy. Menzel customer service and the Menzel logistic have again shown their capabilities!
