Menzel Scandinavian AB was contacted by a Scandinavian paper manufacturer to provide a solution for a breakdown of an existing ABB motor.A mechanically suitable motor was selected from our stock of new Menzel series motors, rated at 6000V.
3 identical cement mill drives
Menzel Elektromotoren supplies 3 identical slip ring motors with matching duo startes for a cement mill in Africa. Since 2 motors work with one drive, the duo starters were manufactured accordingly and matched to the motors. According to customer specification, the motors were equipped with isolation class H in order to achieve the best thermical reserve possible.
12 special drives for heavy-duty starting
