Overhauls

We’ll overhaul your used machinery at our Berlin-based repair shop, and afterwards test it at our in-house test bay. Overhauls performed in compliance with out quality management system include the following work steps, among others:

Complete dismantling
Cleansing of all parts using high-pressure steam and chemicals
Drying in circulating air ovens
Re-impregnating of windings, where required
Checking of coil insulation
Balancing rotors
Skimming of slip rings/collector rings, replacing carbon brushes
Checking all fittings
Cleaning and checking supply terminals
Replacing bearings
Mounting
Performing trial runs at test bay
Spray-painting
