Menzel Elektromotoren GmbH received an urgent phone call from a suction dredger operator who reported a breakdown of his motor, requesting a replacement as quickly as possible. Within four days Menzel workshops modified a stock motor to suit the required fixing dimensions and technical details. After a successful witness test the motor was despatched via air freight to Panama.
